The capacity of the Wollman Rink was usually limited to about 6,000 to 7,000 people, but it is reported that Bob Marley's performance in 1975 has attracted about 15,000 people. The festival was very popular, since tickets were cheap (from $1 in 1967 to $3 in 1976) and many superstars of the popular music scene have performed at the festival !
